Cancellation Policy

To ensure our first session is as productive and focused as possible, we kindly ask that you complete the counselling contract and equality monitoring form as part of the booking process. This will allow us to dedicate our time together to understanding what you'd like to bring to your sessions. Important (GDPR & Confidentiality): When booking, for your privacy, please only enter your SHIP reference number AND your email address in the name field. Please refrain from adding any other personal information there. Action Required: During the booking process, you will find sections for the counselling contract and equality monitoring form. Please complete these thoroughly before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Appointments missed or cancelled without this notice will be charged the full fee. Consistent cancellations or no-shows may affect future service access. Thank you for your understanding.
