Service Description
Your initial counselling assessment is a vital step in tailoring our services to your individual needs. When you book your service, you will be asked to complete a section with additional information that is crucial for us to conduct a comprehensive client assessment. Please ensure you have enough time to provide thoughtful and accurate responses. Shortly after your booking, you will receive an automated email containing important resources. These include the counselling contract, which outlines the terms of our work together, and a monitoring tool that will help us track your progress. Please take the time to review these documents before our first session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure timely service for all and respect our time, please note our policy: Cancellation: 48-hour notice is required. Cancel via Wix Members Area users can cancel directly via 'My Bookings'. Reschedule: Reschedule with 48-hour notice via Wix users reschedule via 'My Bookings'. Late/No-Show: Less than 48-hour notice or no-show incurs a full session fee. Exceptions: For emergencies, fee waiver at our discretion. Contact us ASAP.
