Single Counselling Session At Reset Life Coaching in Holywood, I offer individual counselling sessions for clients who may not be ready for a weekly commitment. This pay-as-you-go option is designed to provide you with flexible support whenever you need it. Duration: Each session is 50 minutes. Focus: We will work together to explore your current challenges, understand your symptoms, and build new, effective coping strategies. Flexibility: This option is ideal for those who prefer to book sessions individually rather than as part of a package. It's helpful to remember that the NICE guidelines indicate changes in overall well-being can begin between 12 to 17 sessions. However, progress is unique to each person, and we will work at a pace that is right for you.

This 50-minute session is strictly for clients who have pre-authorized their counselling treatment through IPRS Health via their private health insurer. Your treatment cost is covered directly by IPRS Health once your case is approved.

New Student Supervision Assessment I am currently open to new student supervisees. To explore if we can work together, an initial 30-minute assessment session is required. This session is designed for us to discuss your training needs and see if our working relationship is the right fit to support you through your course. Please note the following: To ensure my availability for scheduled appointments, I do not offer free telephone consultations. I am unable to offer supervision to PCI students or to more than four students from the same class. A clinical supervision arrangement is not confirmed until a contract has been signed.
