Prepaid Monthly Student Supervision This booking option is exclusively for counselling students who have purchased a monthly supervision plan. This prepaid option allows you to set up your payment on a monthly date that best suits you, making financial management easier while you study. This portal is designed for you to book your counselling supervision bi-weekly, with each session contributing to a total of 90 minutes of supervision per month. This ensures you receive consistent support and meet the requirements of your training provider (such as CPCAB) and professional bodies like the BACP or NCS with ease.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure timely service for all and respect our time, please note our policy: Cancellation: 48-hour notice is required. Cancel via Wix Members Area users can cancel directly via 'My Bookings'. Reschedule: Reschedule with 48-hour notice via Wix users reschedule via 'My Bookings'. Late/No-Show: Less than 48-hour notice or no-show incurs a full session fee. Exceptions: For emergencies, fee waiver at our discretion. Contact us ASAP.
