Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for the use of the counselling room to ensure a professional, secure, and respectful environment for all users. 1. Timekeeping: All appointments must adhere to the scheduled time. Users are required to vacate the room promptly at the end of their allotted time slot. Bookings are to be made in blocks of two hours. 2. Cleanliness and Tidiness: Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the counselling room. Before leaving, ensure that the room is tidy, with chairs and furniture returned to their original positions. Users are responsible for checking the toilet facilities are clean before use. 3. Security: The counselling room must be secured upon departure. This includes: Ensuring all windows are closed. Switching off all lights. Locking the door according to the specific instructions provided via email. No client files or personal data of any kind are to be left in the counselling room at any time. 4. Resources: All books and materials within the counselling room are for use within the room only. No books or materials are to be removed from the counselling room under any circumstances. Users are welcome to enjoy the refreshments provided within the room. 5. Booking and Cancellation: Room bookings can be rescheduled online. However, a full fee will be charged for any cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice. 6. Confidentiality: It is the users responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of all client information. 7. Compliance: Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of booking privileges.
