Being more present every day. This approach is aimed to work with young people, allowing them to tap into their creativity and enhance their emotional intelligence.
The workshops focus on self-care techniques, explores general lifestyle changes that can help achieve a better balance in life.
This workshop may also help in building awareness to personal thinking styles and personal boundaries.
I have worked as a Counsellor for a local Counselling organisation for several years, providing secondary care and a vitally needed counselling service for adults and youth, who might otherwise be excluded because of finance or shortfall in service provision. To date, I have played a crucial role in improving the health and wellbeing of a wide range of clients. I believe my speciality is working with anxiety, depression, past and current trauma, bereavement, anger management and low self-esteem.
Hi I am Rosa Stevens, a fully qualified MBACP Integrative Counsellor, CPCAB Life-Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner. I can provide all of my services in English and Italian. I have a flexible diary and can accommodate sessions around your busy schedule.
My friendly and warm practice is based in Holywood Co.Down, easy access by public transport and easy parking.
